I went with the Power Stop stuff.. Haven't had any complaints about it. Really nice kit. Just a little more spendy. As for the brake lines, you don't need to get SS ones. It's only recommended since you're already breaking the lines apart to upgrade, and if you have a lift it's nice to get extended ones. I got my SS lines from that guy here on TW before he disappeared (here).

Good news is...with all the rain, California might soon calve off like the dirty edge of an iceberg into the ocean. :D

I do want to see a mudslide or get a little earthquake shake in before i leave, is that too much to ask.

Too many hobbies, not enough time or money. I passed the Technician and Extra tests, and keep my Baofeng handheld in the truck. Thought about a full size, but I'm mostly on air for trail comms so it's not worth it yet. May get into something that does APRS once the wheeling mods are "done" (right, like that'll ever happen), but not in a hurry.

I believe that Yaesu makes a HT that has APRS. You can also rig up an Android phone to APRS to save some money. I've been hiding in the background of the HAM scene away from the OLD TECH thinking a lot about new applications to get the younger crowd interested.

Interesting. I have some old androids laying around gathering dust, that might be a good use for one of them.

So got the Dakar HD's in my cart, this everything else I should need? The Dakars come with the bushings.

Both of these flip kits and bump stops are about the same price, anyone recommend either?

Yeah I've heard good things. Both are on Wheelers site just not sure if those kits are much different from eachother

Just to help your cart out: The Dakar leaf springs do not normally come with bushings. So make sure to grab two sets of bushings for the leaf springs.

I assume that is the bushings Toytec mentioned here? I ordered from them since they are 15 minutes south of me and saves a bunch of shipping.
