I’ve been watching your stuff since you posted that you got your welder and you’ve improved so much so quickly!

Practice practice practice! I’m really passionate about hobby welding so I find excuses to weld. It really helps a lot. Thanks for the kind words.

Heck yeah bro I hear you. Once you find a technique that works for you, it’s like an AHA moment! And the practice definitely helps just like anything else. Melting metal together is super cool, fun, and rewarding. Making something useful out of raw materials is a feeling like no other.

Okay perfect! No rush at all dude. I appreciate that. Enjoy the time with your lady!

Not to far out. We had a shitshow of a snowstorm for our area....ie we normally get none but ended up with ~3 feet over 3-4 days. Shut down pretty much everything. So made sense for the few days but roads have been fine the past couple days. Its now more just USPS supervisors dictating routes and crap.

My grandparents live in Wisconsin and a couple weeks ago it got down to -26 at night. -50 with the windchill. Literally everything was closed for like 2-3 days. No usps, no schools, nothing. You go outside in that without every bit of skin covered well and you’re asking for frostbite within 5-10 mins

My grandma experienced that in MN. She just stayed in side. Quite a bit of stuff would actually open but only for limited hours...like 10-4pm. Its all the hills that really make it hard for us.Main roads were just fine but having to turn onto a side street thats uphill and unplowed was hard for a lot of people.

Yeah dude. I’m sitting down here in Southern California like a little sissy bundled up in 50 degree whether lol. It has been raining a ton. I’m sure you’re getting dumped on by snow up there

Its back to rain now lol. Which is both good and annoying. Washing away all the annoying sand and crap off the roads.

If your looking to just see the output voltage while welding ( this is only with output enabled when idle it will display open circuit voltage ) just measure across the output studs terminals or whatever that welder has.

To be able to see the voltage as you adjust it you would need to build a display board or upgrade to that model that has one
