Still looking at octane ratings and if I can run the 93 tune at all here. Found this and if its realistic I should be able to run the 93 tune on the 91 we have here as premium.

Don't. Just Don't. It's been discussed several times before. Do not run the higher octane tunes with low octane fuel in your tank.

The *ONLY* exception is 85 octane gas at high altitudes with the 87 tune.

Wasn't I who said that.

 

I can't find it now, but I believe @OVTune said it was because the 87 tune did not push the timing limits on the truck nearly as much as the 91/93 tunes. It is not much if at all more aggressive than stock.
