Used some diff drop spacers for the seat spacer. I didn't drive it yet but just sitting on it I could feel a difference.

I should note that I routinely overload the rack on my topper...and often travel off-road that way. Lumber...sooo much framing and Engineered Wood Siding, ladders, canoes and kayaks, as many bikes as will fit (I have 6 trays), all often in combination with a rocket-box full of camping gear or skis or something.

Once the bedside goes, its all a matter of time. Keep an eye on it, as the bed stiffeners don't solve the problem. I thought it did, and all of a sudden my tailgate wouldn't open properly, and my tail light was popping out (with wheeling, not just road driving)

This picture shows how the bed stiffer kept some stuff in place, but the bedside still separated.

I have some recent new strange rattly sound but in every gear at certain torque/rpm....scary thoughts are valvetrain, timing chain tensioner. others are bad gas maybe. Working thru easy causes first. Doesn't do it when sitting revving or idling, only when driving with more load on motor. MPG unaffected, pwr unaffected, have searched for rocks in splash pans, exhaust leaks, loose anything under truck......nothing. Odd thing is it seems to have started after oil change so even changed out first batch of 5/20w syn blend for diff batch of 5/20w full syn. Wasn't the oil. Maybe defective oem filter? Haven't swapped that yet. I do fill new filter when doing changes so the motor doesn't have to wait on filter to fill. It isn't overfilled with oil...right on F. Will keep an ear on it and keep driving.....has about 187k miles on it.

I have those in my cart on Amazon right now. I spent some time trying to find the spec sheet on them with no luck. How are they compared to stock?

I am also looking at the Hella YL, Hella Optilux XY and Osram fog breakers. Osram is the only Spec sheet I can find.

Love the new bumper, makes the Taco look better IMO. Sleeker slimmer design than the ARB. :)

I am considering this as well. I am thinking about buying one of the stand alone harnesses that @crashnburn80 developed and then doing the laminex on top. I just need to stop being a tight wad and pull the trigger on something. Buy once, cry once.

I had a bad door rattle twice. Both times it was the tweeter came loose. Tighten the screws and good to go.

    They helped

    Before

    After
But over time of bouncing offroad split the bed. Also, I had a contractor cap, rtt, and a toolbox in the side of the cap. So there is a bit of weight.

Stiffeners help, but they aren’t bullet proof.

The fix could have been a new bedside. But flatbeds work too.

They are 55 watt just like the stock. So they put out about the same light....just a very yellow color.

Also I'll add that I don't love the glare issue, but I wanted the amber light for the same reasons, and the bulbs are $20, as opposed to $320 for the KC LEDs with the reflectors...

Oh I hear you 100%. I can make $320 go a lot farther in other places, like putting it towards some sort of a suspension lift before I buy new tires this year.

You see my new yellow fogs? They run over spec yellow interference H9s while producing less glare with stronger cut offs than stock. You can run this without a harness. Pattern is much brighter but also more forward projecting.
