I'd want a pellet unit. But even an $80 smoker would be a waste of $80, since she wouldn't eat anything that came out of it. :notsure:

The town I grew up in has a high tax rate too. They claim the state owned land is the cause and refuse to think they might be some of their own problem. Last I heard they had a police force of eight people for a town of 800 with near zero crime and were paying for police academy in full for anyone who wanted it. They were also paying for health insurance for selectmen and many other part time employees instead of only the people who work more than 20 hours.

Unfortunately, I developed a pork allergy late in life(after 30) to the point where even bacon flavored things negatively affect me. I will still buy and cook ham/pork/bacon for my wife and kids because nobody should be denied that awesomeness. Even some chicken sausage is sometimes cased in pork casing and I’m down for the count for a couple days.

It’s terrible because prior to 2011-2012ish pulled pork was my absolute favorite dish. Everyday, I ask God why...

I’m looking to smoke brisket, chicken, beef ribs, burnt ends etc.

There's a dirty joke in there somewhere but, in the interest of not getting the thread locked, I'll keep quiet.

I will definitely hit you up as soon as I source a smoker. I crock pot a couple times a week, this feels like an expansion of such practices.

I did the same thing, then thought better of it.
Well, that depends on which joke that popped into my mind I actually typed out!

You need to see an allergist and be de-sensitized. Nobody should miss those foods.

They don't typically do it for benign things like foods unless it's a very common ingredient and the risk of allergic reaction is high. They do it often for medications.

There must be a reason why with gasoline in particular. Titan makes a 55 gallon tank for the Super Duty diesel, but will only make a transfer tank for the gas models, sort of like what you've shown. Supposedly you can take the larger tank and use it in a gas model but it seems to have mixed success.

Excited to join in on some more wheeling trips this year - just ordered me some SOS Concepts sliders and full skids from Eddy. Thanks to those who answered some questions I had!

Probably due to the volatility of gasoline vs diesel. If you get into an accident and sever the line, they don't want 55 gallons of gasoline draining out on to the crash scene.

Thinking about selling my 2nd gen (05-11) pro grille. I got it as a Xmas gift, put it on my truck, and I think I liked my old grille better. Is any one interested in it? This is just a feeler as of right now
