I hope all the obnoxious fans FINALLY realize he was only a success because of chad. I am never impressed by JJ.... I was more impressed with Kligerman holding off Reddick. Seriously, has JJ ever been able to just wheel a POS to the front or does he always ride around in the back unless he has the best car?

Wow, the JJ hate in here is big.

Yes, exactly that! When your car is several seconds faster than the field you do not have to be a great driver. Also look at how many of his wins were purely off the strategy of CK. It is Chad's process that allowed Jimmie all the success along with the chase format that CK worked better than anyone. I am not saying he cannot wheel a perfect car but show me a race where we won in a car that was not clearly better than everyone because he out drove his competition. He has never done any amazing shit in a car or had a save where no one could believe it. His success is a product of the system he is in not the talent he has.

LOL, I actually do feel that way also! Put Brady in any other system and you would not know his name or remember who he is. They are successful but again, part of a system. You Pats fans need to actually get off of TB's dick and show some respect to the man who is responsible for your success. That would be Bill Belichick!

I'm not a JJ or CK fan, but for a crew chief to be a great crew chief, it requires not only engineering prowess (which he had in spades), but also a driver who can clearly and effectively give him feedback about the car. JJ is well spoken and does his homework. He doesn't get worked up in the car. The dude is a machine. He's NASCAR's Michael Schumacher of the modern era.

    There's always that guy....

At the end of the day JJ and CK won 7 in a far more competitive environment than Earnhardt or Petty did. That says something about both of them together as a team. The 5, 24, 25, 9, and 88 all have had similar equipment and didn't produce nearly those results during the same time. Sure, he's not as exciting to watch as Larson hanging the car out against the wall every lap, but he sure is effective at winning championships.

Look at Truex and Pearn...They both had ho-hum careers before teaming up and then they lit the world on fire with insanely fast race cars together and won a championship and finished 2nd last year. Sure, they exploited every nook and cranny of the rule book to build some of those cars but everybody else would be lying if they say they wouldn't have done the same things if they knew what FRR was doing at the time.

Bill Belichick and CK had one major thing in common....

They both know how to give their boy A major advantage in competition...

I agree that Bill has been great and continued to keep the Pats in the game, but to say that Brady would be nobody is just :poking:

Dude, you are not going to convince me to change my opinion. I have been around this sport for 30 years, you have your opinion and I will continue to have mine. At the end of the season I guess we will see which one holds up.

Cory LaJoie. Just announced they're racing fulltime this season. There's always a designated spinner each season. He is it. This car is literally going to eat so much ass at Daytona:

I would expect no other point of view from someone from Maine. LOL.... Now we will never know but without BB Tom never finds success in the NFL. I would not expect you to agree with my thought process on this.

No, based on previous comments, he will either be in the front cause he his ride is perfect and multiple seconds faster than the field. Anything else he will just ride around the back.

Why does my living in Maine set your expectations of me? Should I have set expectations cause you are from Nevada? But based on what your saying, is any QB would have worked and won 6 Super Bowls.

More based on the previous two races he has run in the last week. We have a difference of opinion. You need to learn to live with that bud.

I am not from NV, just wear I hang my hat now. With your point of view and location I made an assumption that you are a Pat's fan. And yes I feel any QB that had played for the Pat's over the span that TB has would have at least six rings.
