It is a known issue and one of the things Mat had a fix for in the upcoming release.

I opened a ticket with Mat on this same type of thing and he sent me a file that fixed it.

They sent me my old file ID so I emailed them back. Haven’t had anything for a couple weeks :(

Think I messed something up with the truck when I cleared the ECU and Transmission. Looking forward to a reflash soon hopefully.

bummer, the new 1.05 file he gave me is very calm with no idle surge, but I want more tip-in and response.
His coming updates will be worth the wait, a lot of magic happening behind the scenes.

Shouldn't mess anything up with an ECU and trans clear. It may run "weird" for a few miles while it adjusts timing for fuel, engine wear, etc., and may even feel more underpowered and sluggish for a few miles but it should not hurt anything to clear those values. It's going to start it in a "safe" zone and work up from there.

Still have to love the timing advance on these trucks though. No knock? advance timing. Knock? retard timing. and the cycle repeats.

Yeah I figured but she’s been doing some weird stuff. Think I’m going to try swapping these 4.30 gears out for some 4.88s too after all these mountains.

After I purchase does it take a few days to get the files and another few days after sending vehicle id?

Ah ok I see your ticket now and the ID is the SYS ID.. will get it for you. Thought you meant ECU ID (on here).

No, once our new Flash Manager is released, you get the kit in the mail, register software, download tunes. No waiting. You can even register before the kit arrives that way you can flash the minute you open the box.

Yes several things are being worked on and will be coming down later on. This isn't going to be like Microsoft or Apply, patching and releasing hotfixes every 2 weeks. Rather we are working on different features that are necessary for different setups. Different builds, and different requirements.

stuff like this (patching throttle control)

Great, I already have tactrix so I just need the rest. I'm taking a dive now in OVTune.

I’m trying to find the gear status pid. Does anyone know what it’s called in Fusion?
