    LOL! A lot of it is portion control. You get a handle on that, and that's half the battle won right there. Of course physical exercise helps as well obviously, but managing your portion intake will definitely help.

    Just did my 2nd homebrew, first brew in a bag, went for a honey cream ale. I'm so stoked about it. Looks like 5.5%, 75% efficiency. And damn does it make me realize how impatient I am. I already wanna drink it and brew again.

    All the beers they brew are smoked. Varying levels of smokiness from subtle to strong. The Que Picante was pretty good, but chile beers are not my thing. Mrs. Beer:30 really enjoyed it.
