    I have similar plans. My family is spread out from Colorado to Vermont, but I want to learn gun stuff stuff and focus on what makes me happy which is the outdoors, cars/trucks and shooting. I already have a trade degree in automotive engineering so next is the gun stuff, I guess

    Well looks like I will be off this weekend. So I will have the camp chef weekender 2 burner stove. It will need a griddle or something as I do t have one for that yet. But j can provide the stove and fuel.

    Tomorrow I will get the disc cleaned up and get a start on the reseason of it...

    I think that will do what we have planned so far! The disk should work for the deer sausage, and we can heat up some tortillas first. The griddle I have is much smaller than your disk anyway. So, chef crew at the moment, think this is good for now? Approx 7 AM set up time? We have no tent to worry about.
    @Firsttaco4x4 - deer sausage link or bulk? Links we can wrap in tortilla?
    @Misplaced Nebraskan - seem reasonable? We can get a little reheat if needed.

    @riz_atx - think you can bring your coffee press again?
