    Mine (2017) is Status of the shift status / 1st, 2nd, ... 7th, or 8th.
But I get the impression the name might vary a bit year to year, as I've seen other people call it slightly different things.

There’s always a trim learning period but that’s what the 10 minute idle is for after flashing.

I would not tow immediately after flashing - beyond idle, fuel trims and ignition are still settling. Mat has mentioned before that it can take 30-40 miles (or there about a) for those to settle down. I wouldn’t put a lot of load on it until you get a bit of driving in for things to settle personally but that’s just me...

Just purchased, sent the registration id request. I'm effing stoked! Not sure if I did the P5Flash right??? In the instruction it shows tactrix interface but on my P5Flash interface was blank. Did I missed a step?

If you just purchased you probably don’t have the cable yet and I think you need to have the cable plugged into your USB port for the interface to show up. I think...Atleast that was the reason why mine didn’t register. Good luck.

FYI. Left the house this morning at 7am 38 degrees. Drove 5 miles to work 11mpg. Truck sat till 4pm. Drove home the same route. Very similar ups and downs. Same speeds. 40 degrees. 5 miles. 17mpg.
Running 1.05 87oct. Very interesting how the Toyota MPG calculator has such drastically different calculations. Almost wish it didn’t have that feature. Carry on....However, Idle & Shifting were good. Atleast how you would expect a truck to be, Thanks to Mat. Tip in has been altered using my Sprint Booster doohickey until I can figure out how to have it changed by Mat.

The bigger issue is you are doing mpg calculations off a 5 mile trip. It’s not going to be accurate.

Yeah I know. 5 miles is nothing but I pulled a rib yesterday morning and feel like shit. Just read 4 or 5 or 6 pages of this damn post to try to keep up with the new manger and drinking a beer every page made me want to post Something. OK, scratch my post. OVTune has made my truck run great. Carry on. Thanks for setting me straight Shellshock!

I didnt plug in the cable so that's probably why. That makes perfect sense. I'm just standing by for that email. Hopefully @OVTune gifts me the new FM. Hehehe

They work fine. Got 18.6 doing 70 the last tank. Think the 4.88s are gonna help me up the hills... or push me too far over the rpm range. See if I just upset myself here

I’ve been doing ALOT of research on these 3rd gens and gears.

The AT is supposed to be good with 4.3’s (up to 32” tires ) and 4.56/4.88’s up to 35’s (depending on tire weight.

Found this snapshot of the AT with 4.3’s and how the gears stack up. With the tune update these should run schwiggity schweet

What browser do you use? Any specific programs or changes you have made that may effect my results when installing? I am trying to lessen my chance for issues.. haha
