Installed windows 10 using boot camp assistant and an iso. It’s foolproof. You just walk through the wizard and it does everything including windows driver installation. Once it completed I disabled windows updates and windows defender. Installed the tactrix driver and pcmflash. The only thing I use it for is the 5 minutes to flash a tune then I reboot back to OS X until the next time so there’s very little on it.

I just i stalled boot camp on my 2015 mac book. The install was easy! Will there be a need to download Pmc flash and tactic drivers when the new FM is realsed? If you can you provide me with links to download thenecessary content?? Pmc flash, tactrix, etc...??

How many GB of space would you say all the necessary flash equipment takes up?

Yeah thinking of over-gearing now though. I should just wait for boost. Boost will fix everything. Think my setup is goofy too so looking forward to when Mat does some of the custom stuff.

Read through majority of the thread and have had the tune since April. Trying to update to 1.05 I downloaded both tactrix and pcm through ovtunes website. Can’t seem to get/ see the 1.05 file anywhere. I have the dongle-less version. Granted I’m not super tech savvy but from what I’m reading they were supposed to email me the new one? But the website says don’t email us about that we’ll send it to you. Any advice?

If you haven't received the 1.05 email, you could email and request it. You might of been missed.

Same thing happens to me on my 25 mile commute to work, early morning MPG’s are trash, afternoons are great.

Thank you. Any particular info they would need from me? That way I can minimize the down time here. Since they’ve got about a 1-3 day response time?

I’m NEVER going bigger than 32” so 4.3’s should be cherry for me with the tune. Honestly the 3.91’s aren’t that bad

38? 40? Cold? You have to be kidding me. That kind of temp in Feb. would have everyone up here in shorts and flip-flops.

Has anyone ran this tune on a 19 AT? If so, how is it? Still doing my research here but a few questions. Am I able to switch between the tunes for 87/91 etc? Or do I have to pick one? Will MPG drop? Stay same? Sorry for noob questions.

You can switch between tunes. Mpgs are different for each of these trucks. A lot of variables and each truck seems different.

I'm running 1.05-93 on a 2019 TRD OR and I'm very happy with the results. You can only run one tune at a time, but they only take a few minutes to switch if/when you want to test a different octane or version. I did not lose any mpg with the tune. In fact, I may have even gained about +1mpg in some situations.

It's definitely an improvement over stock in just about every way.

Yeah it’s good 95% of the time with the 4.30s. Wish I had a rear 3rd member just for testing it lol

It was -10’ish most of last week in Wisconsin while I was there. Got trash mileage the majority of the time is what I was referring to.
