Not yet - Too late by the time I was off work.

I will call tomorrow. Also looks like a 2 dealers nearby have the same truck for a few hundred more...I will go there first and see what I can do. Still need to
compare the DCSB manual and DCLB auto.

You should still get Freeman to email you a quote so you try and use it against your local dealer for better pricing. Good luck

^^^ THIS is as good a guide to use as anything else for those like you that are inexperienced in negotiations on a Tacoma. Unless there's ever like a $1000 rebate. Then you can figure that in too in most cases.
    Emphasis on "No Other Fees."

Not brand new, but almost. I just picked up a 2018 TRD OR 4x4 DCSB for $33,900. Had 6012 miles on it. Tech, Premium, bed cover, all weather mats, and door sill protectors. Truck still smelled and looked brand new. IMO, not a bad deal for a truck that MSRP'd for $41K+. They also gave me $1500 more on my trade than several of the other dealers were going to. Apparently the guy who bought it needed to get something larger for his family, the Tacoma wasn't working for him. He even took it in for the 5K service. I searched around for months and was just waiting on the right deal. The dealers around Indy w/ 2018s left were not wanting to deal much on them. Loving this truck!

JUst got this quote for a 2019 4X2 TRD Sport in Cement. Seems like I can do better, but this is the lowest I've found so far.

If your a COSTCO member I highly recommend using the Member discount. I literally saved 3k . It was a set price no hassle and saved thousands off my 2019 DBLB TRD OFFROAD. In the Bay Area the dealership was Livermore Toyota . Eric Holloway Direct Sales Manager . They have a great selection and they had the exact truck with options I was looking for .

Are dealers really only taking $300 off sticker?

That's why I was thinking they need to do better. I'm just starting negotiations and I'll kepp you apprised. I have the vin of a specific vehicle I'm seeding out to different dealers to cost out. It's amazing to me that on the same vin different dealers have wildly diofferent prices.

I would think you could really negotiate a 2 wheel drive down...... most would want a 4x4

My 4x4 SR was a little over that MSRP and got it a little under 29,000

I think you should be able to get them to take 2 grand or more off MSRP.

I picked up a 2018 TRD sport access cab 4x4 MT last week for $32k out the door with a set of all weather mats and TRD shift knob thrown in. Helps that I've got 2 brothers working at the Toyota dealer

i too picked up a 2018 trd sport access cab yesterday but in 4x2 and AT for 31k OTD, 34k total with interest. sticker price was $34k so i think i did okayish, just wish the interest wasn't so high (4.99). i should probably look into refinancing or hell, maybe even paying it off entirely.

this was in bay area with their nasty 9.75% CA sales tax
