My garage isn't situated too good, had to place it where I did, otherwise if I had placed it directly in front of my mobile home, if the trailer ever needed to be moved, would have been quite a job. Cutting trees or demo. Had to place the door where I did so in the snow, I could have a straight shot into it to park, but the roof dumps snow between it and my mobile, which does the same, so in heavy snow years, I have to clear snow away between the two and my propane tank gets snow from my mobile home dumped at one end, so one other spot to deal with. Today had to clear my path to the garage where snow dumps off the garage onto my path where I skirt along the garage to reach my man door. I'm only able to build on part of my acre due to part of it is in a flood plain. Getting deep here, maybe 30" in my garden area now. Pic is from last week. Where the path goes, that had 3' of snow this morning where snow from the garage roof had slid off, the man door is to the left around the corner. To the left is the area that gets snow dumped from my trailer and garage. Can't mitigate that area.

No. I'll gladly give some away. Not to the point yet that I have to haul some away like 20 years ago. Just glad don't have the snow Donner Pass or Mammoth Mt. have. The path I cleared out earlier is blocked again, so I go around the front of my garage to the man door, 3/4 the way around the garage. The north side snow doesn't slide like the south side, so I can walk there.

    X2

I like the Pyrite Mica color. I had an opportunity to polish one a few years back. Simply a stunning color when polished and protected right.

Had an estimate for the dents from branches that dented my hood during our 12-14 inches of snow in Dec. 800+ and insurance covers it.

Pyrite Mica looks different in different lighting.

It does, but when you polish the clear coat it brings out all the different metal dust colors. Then top with a decent synthetic sealer it is just gorgeous.

Earlier this week I received a call from a high school friend as we still stay in touch.
I missed his call so I called him back and he told me that a few classmates were going to get together at a local bar/restaurant in the town where the school was.
He told me the name of the place...my response...where's that!?!?
He told me the the name of what it used to be called back the late 70's...oh, I know where that is:rofl:
Anyway, it was nice time. There were 9 of us there...I only didn't recognize 2 folks...not bad!

I don't keep in touch with old HS classmates. Tried to 10 years back, that flopped, so no more effort on my part, we weren't close anyway.

After 10 years of driving my Studebaker truck I sold it on Bring a Trailer auction site. All in all it was a good experience. Listing fee was $99 & the buyer paid 5 pct. commission.
The money was wired to my bank the next day. It now resides in a car museum in Kentucky.
Since my mechanic retired & the body shop owner died it seemed like the right time to sell.
