Could be a problem when you change the oil filter next time though for a 3rd gen. Kinda sucks they put it down there and have to pull the skid to change it. V8 4runner is the same way.

 

Yeah not a big deal at all, just irks me when I look at it bc I know about it. May be a good opportunity to put something nicer there, but I know jack shit about what is the best value, and i know you freak bitches know a thing or two and could veer my ignorant ass in the right direction

If you can find someone at the sale out there it sounds like there are some decent deals going on. Just be a matter of having them willing to ship it for you. There's a few guys getting some stuff. I got a fuse mount for $25 earlier and he's shipping it for me. Must be some dealing going on because I see guys buying front, rear, sliders, fuse mounts and other stuff in one buy for themselves. Don't think very many would be buying that much at once if it wasn't a pretty decent deal going on.

 

Oh, I can't offer I'm in Alabama. I got someone to grab me something. But if I was out there I'd sure do it for you.

They may be taking some back to BAMF and they will be able to ship then. Just be a bit for them to get the product back to the shop and listed.

 

Some guys were talkin' prices on another thread last night. Pretty descent deals but shipping kills them for up here. Somethin' like sliders goin for $500 & change. Glad it ended like this with Folks gettin' a chance to set things straight.

My exhaust fan, light, heater went out in the master bathroom. I picked up a new one from depot, and removed the old one. The previous home owner should be banned from working on anything. There was no grommet on the electric, the vibration over the years wore through the the electric sheathing, exposing the wires. The ducting was just sitting next to the fan box connector, no evidence of tape, just a loose chunk of 2x4 to keep it in place, it wasn’t in place. The fan box itself was just sitting on the Sheetrock, the connectors were still taped together laying at the bottom of the insulation. I’m going to have to redo the kids bathroom fan also to unfuck it’s installation. Some people should not DIY, ever.

He also vented it into the attic, it should go outside.

 

This is the same guy that added a light to my closet. It turns on and off with the bathroom lights.

 

All that moisture caught up in the attic.

Amazes me at some of the stupidity out there. There's bathroom vents on the roof for a reason.
