Had a tundra and a GMC envoy before and my wife never had trouble driving either. Got a Tacoma last week and didnt think my wife needed to test drive. She went to take it today and couldn't move the seats up far enough to not have to stretch for pedals. The seat seemed like it was all the way up. Is the seat movement really that much less on this truck?

Unless she's three feet tall, it should be adequate for her.

Is she 3’-10”? With the seat all the way forward I don’t think my 5 year old daughter can squeeze in without eating the steering wheel for lunch.

It does telescope in and out but it has a pretty small range of movement

If your wife doesn't have issues climbing up into the truck, I can't see how there would be an issue with her reaching the pedals.

You sure you don’t have something blocking the seat tracks? I’m 5’4” and I’ve never had an issue reaching the pedals in either the 2nd or 3rd gen trucks. Steering wheel telescopes on both.

My vote is loose change. Pennies and dimes fit right in that track

only has 100 miles on it but I already had the dash down to install remote start. So either something from factory is in there or I dropped something in the track when I was working on it.
