My 29/carbon mountainbike was stolen today. I imagine once the sadness and shock wears off I might be in the market for a new one.

 

That sucks! Give us a bit more info so we can keep an eye out for it on marketplace and craigslist.

More info please. What was the bike, stolen from where, any specific parts or details that make it stand out. Make sure you file a police report with the serial number. I’ve had 3 bikes and a vintage moped stolen and have recovered them all.

Or if it was time for an upgrade anyways, just hit up your homeowners or renters insurance.

Stolen from 17th and Broadway TIAA Building garage, Feb 15 between 7AM and 12 PM. I stupidly do not have the serial number.

It's not a very common looking bike (odd colors) so hopefully if it is still in town it is easy to spot.

Thanks all for offering to keep an eye out, it really was the perfect bike for me and it feels like losing a friend.

 

I don’t see why they wouldn’t. I didn’t like them, and probably dumping the tailgate for a one piece rear door.

 

Ugh.. that blows! Sorry man! There is a Facebook group called Front Range Bike Swap that you can post details about your stolen bike on. I helped someone recover their Guerilla Gravity Megatrail a couple years ago through this group. Fingers crossed you find your rig bro!

On a side note I might (love this rig but like changing things up) be selling my 2018 Pivot Mach 429 Trail in a couple weeks. Possibly looking to get into a Santa Cruz Hightower. If you or anyone is interested hit me up!

It is not unlocked. Original battery. A1897

I was told I couldn’t unlock the device until the balance on the device was completely paid. Did an upgrade on another device to get my wife a phone. Still have a few months to go before this device is paid for. Which is what I plan to do once I sell the phone. Hope this makes sense. Lol
