Taco Garage - Dashtop Multi-Mount (DMM) - Securely mount ANYTHING to your dash

Super nice set up. I went with a QI mount and ran the wire behind everything. because I hate wires in the way.

 

Never thought about using a sharpie that’s not a bad idea.

 

Used a large fat tip sharpie, 2-3 coats.
Came out pretty even and touch up will be a breeze

I havent used it enough to know if it will keep up with running a map and music at the same time, some people say it cannot. I figure if it gets low enough I can unplug the qi and plug the phone in which will easily keep up. But for day to day, seems great.

Edit - just in case anyone doesnt notice, the mount used a 17mm ball so you need a 25 to 17 adapter. Like $5

 

You just sold me on a DMM as I'm looking to mount a surface pro and was not sure how to go about mounting it. I was wondering what holder you use for it (

The tablet mount on my site would definitely be large enough to hold it.
