    3rd Gen HC bumper instructions would be legit if there are any laying around. Mainly for the cut as I'm sure it's a bit different from the 2nd Gen that's documented here.

    Tyler once told me they were in the process of offering the low hoop of the tundra bumper as an option with the 2nd gen tacoma bumpers. Was there by chance any with this config there?

    At least there's a bit of information on the product page.

    Start by removing the factory bumper. Strip off the hitch harness and all the lighting. Remove the 5 bolts that mount bumper and hitch combo to the frame. These bolts will be reused. The bumper has a locating pin that needs to be dislodged by pulling up and out on bumper. Next step is to remove the fender flares. Remove the screws around the inside perimeter and unclip the plastic clips. Use caution, the clips are fragile; you will likely break a few of them. They can be squeezed from inside the fender to remove. You have to pull back the fender liner to access. Remove the factory fender support bracket at this time, unbolt it from the bed and save hardware, it will be reused.
