    Well that is what is happening through the bankruptcy court. Items are liquidated and the more important creditors are going to be reimbursed before anyone of the creditors that were customers. The customers will always be SOL in these cases because (I'm assuming Ch 11 was filed) there is never going to be enough funds for all creditors to get some/all their money back. A judge will never say customers have to be paid back before lenders. The judge is going to prioritize the clowns that loaned these fools money before the defrauded customers.

    What I didn't realize is that BAMF is stepping in, buying old inventory and trying to right what wrongs they can out of the goodness of their own heart.

    I know who I'm buying my front bumper from when that time comes.
