Stock UCA will work, but you'll be 2 degrees +- off on caster. I have my UCA set at 0 adjustment (it comes with 2 degrees and allows for another 2 degrees adjustment) and the caster is perfect. I ran with stock UCA for a while, which ended up causing some cupping on the tires, but if you rotate often, I'm sure you'll be ok.

I'm not sure of any aftermarket LCA, unless you want to go with a complete long travel setup. I just have stock.

Any Rubbing issues with 265 75R16's on stock suspension? How about with 2" lift? I am looking to get the Ready Lift 2" leveling kit with the 1" block in the back. Any issues with that set up or similar?

Tiny bit of rubbing on the frame and sway bar at max right turn on the passenger side with stock wheels and a 2"ish lift. About a half inch spot of bare metal due to it. I'll take a pic of it when I get home if you want to see how bad it is.
