    a buddy and i we’re talking about bidding. had set our max price and were going to sell it all at around 50% of retail. we hadn’t planned on helping anyone who got taken, myself included who had $1319 that didn’t get refunded.

    So kudos to them for doing what we planned on doing AND trying to help guys like myself left holding their dicks in the wind.

    IP is the idea or design but it includes patents, copyright, trademarks and other “soft” assets. So it’s possible replication could be problematic even without patents.

    Regardless, someone said this was the auction of assets by the landlord, he or she couldn’t sell IP unless it was theirs to sell.
