Long day yesterday, lots of miles, apparently my body said F U! So I'm just getting up now

It was really a meet and greet/ business meeting duscussion in the woods. One of the guys from spotter up was helping was w/ our IG presence and going to do a write up about us,
Us being my 2 buddies and I are called whitetail_intelligence doing property mgmt, food plot assessment
, and pest control.

Was in Woodbridge and noticed this trail earlier, it branches off and follows the power lines and isn't marked as private property.

Anyone else noticed it before?

 

Entrance belongs to a church, THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH INTERNATIONAL then it goes across land owned by MITCHELL L PHELPS INC then ends at land owned by BANKS INVESTMENTS II LC.

I'm guessing it's slated for development in some capacity, even though there's power lines.

Lots of guys run dirt bikes there, I'll take the truck through every now and then just to have an excuse to use the 4x4.

 

Looks like a cool spot, any idea who knows it or if they care?

I work w/local gov't and can't catch a charge or else I'll be very excommunicado, like in John Wick.

 

@Cody23 is right, I had a couple of them but now have a silverado. Was there something you needed?

$82,500,000 chunk of land waiting for a bazillion McMansions to be built on it.

 

That is an insane amount of money! Any idea where the entrance is? If it's signed then whatever.

Reminds me of the abandoned settlement across the highway from the NRA HQ. Ground is far too contaminated or something to knock everything down

Yup, all this area needs is more development!

Anything over 1 acre in FFXCO/Loudon/Alexandria/PWC is slowly/quickly being sold and aggressively ravaged to make way for cheap catalog houses, or crappy townhouses. By 2024, I doubt there'll be any green space left besides parks.

 

Off of Lockridge Road. Looks like it has a sign with an open gate. I wouldn't go on it.

 

Okay, yeah that gets a solid no from me. Anything that has a gate around it means solid no.

Heard of some people driving Jeeps through the woods on/around Ft. Belvoir a few years ago, which is another bad idea.
