South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

The recliner lasted about a year before some of the recliner mechanisms starting breaking...and never get one with the crap Durablend material. I’m expecting the Lay-Z-Boy stuff to last me a very long time.

 

Yup...dropped $6k for a set on sale. We went with the rocking reclining loveseat since it’s like two recliners in one...

 

Love my reclining couch. Going on 5+ yrs of use!

 

Nice! I was expecting at least 5 years out of the Ashely set I have...but I knew it was a long shot after the recliner started breaking in less than a year.

 

That's ridiculous.. furniture should be built to hold up better than that.. we've got a lazy boy love seat that was given to us when i got married.. it's holding up great, and still comfortable as ever. Of course it's that 90s Hunter green color, but hey, free couch!

Anyone else played Spiderman on PS4? Probably one of the best single player games I've played of recent times. Just made it to the endgame of the main story.

We bought a Broyhill sectional a while back, but I had no idea they were going out of business at the time or I would have steered clear. It seems solid enough, so hopefully it will last. On the other hand we have a funky plaid pull out couch by Leggett and Platt that has withstood 10 years of my kids jumping on it, in-laws sleeping on it, four moves, and it is still solid AF.

 

Did you have the tool?

 

I do- I have to send it to someone I already promised it to, but I’ll have it back whenever he is done.

Ive got 2 la z boy recliners, both have had for many many years. Still the most comfy chairs to chill in
