Back Seat Headrest storage slot replacement

I know its probably a long shot, but I've searched all over and can't find what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm not googling the right thing, but hopefully someone can help. I broke one of the little plastic guides where the headrest fits when the rear seats are folded down. Does anyone know where I can get another one? I'm trying to avoid a trip to the dealer if I can. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about.

Yes, at the bottom portion of the seat. Flip them up and you'll have 6 slots.

Reviving the discussion... I could use two of these, I can’t locate the, in the parts catalog for some reason.

 

Funny story, I never actually got the part he sent. Something happened at the post office and I received a mangled, empty envelope. However, I did stop in at the dealership service counter and they were able to order me one for like $7.
