My Tacoma was in at Upper James Toyota Tuesday/Wednesday .. getting the frame treatment. Noted a few other Tacoma's in the service drive, one black 5-lug SR5, Grey 4-door, another extended cab all getting new frames.

For what it's worth, i enjoyed my two days in a Cherokee, on Toyota's dime.

 

Seriously man, like always watching shit that is just completely out of the realm of what I actually need to be doing

 

but then one day ur doing something, and ur like, oh shit, if I take this and mount it here and twiddle this then bingo bango I could just, yup. that worked out great! and ur buddy is like, where the hell did you learn that, and its all cuz that one video you watched of a guy teaching himself how to fix a toilet hahahaha

But overall I’m ahead from where I started.

Engine got a tune up, Brakes are half-replaced (all parts purchased), fuel system is partially refurbed (gas tank is questionable), HVAC is ready to go back in.
Major efforts remaining: finish all half-completed stuff, windshield re-sealed, brakes and fuel hardlines to be replaced, 4 tires, MTO safety.
