Anyone down for a brewery meetup this week? I'm open to anywhere but DC101 will be at Bear Chase Brewing in Bluemont on Thursday. I know that @Large BajaBlast and I talked about that last week, but I'm open for anywhere.

 

I am off thursday Idk if id be down for driving to bluemont though. Also gonna keep an eye on the weather for Wednesday. its supposedly allegedly going to actually snow this time lol.

 

I shot a few woodies on public land in MD and killed a couple geese on private land.

Weather was not cooperative, but all the rain should portend well for next years crop of woodies.

 

@BFRT_King Ranch The Farm is open on Thursday from 3-8pm though.

 

Yea I saw that but then be 50 and rain on Thursday. Either way, I know Bluemont is a hike for all and I'm game for anywhere closer too.

 

Wife and I went Friday and they didn't have the hefe you said you like but that works for me if no one else wants to meet closer so more can attend.

 

Thats the part im afraid of, I have a bad feeling they are to fat gone and will shear off.
Any other thoughts or sell to someone eho has the ability and time to work on it?

 

Oh damn they must be out. or its on rotation. I gotta do a better job using that untapped app or whatever its called. breweries typically update that app more frequently of what they actually have in stock. I'm down to go whereever. Tuesday works for me as well. i figured wednesday will probably be a wash though.

Yeah they rotate often and as much as I like that place, their selection the other day was only ok. A couple of stouts, a couple of sours, a couple of ipas, and a few weird things.

Tuesday or Thursday works for me and yeah, Wednesday is prolly shit. But I hope we get a lot of snow... I missed the last one so I wanna play in the snow.

Anyone else interested or another location in mind? Plenty of other options and I'm game for somewhere in the Sterling area, Fairfax or Manassas. Basically anywhere

 

There's always Powers down by me and @GoGoGadget. Closed on Tuesday but open 3-8 on Thursday. That place is great on the weekend too.
