If you go into windows update and force everything to update annnnd run the C++ updates everything SHOULD work...

Got through step1 of installing software but when zi got to step 2 (run flash manager) keeps sending me right back to step one?

 

Gotta admit, I feel for Matt on this one (having done IT support for the past 20 years).
FWIW, worked great for me, Windows 10 X64, fully updated. New 93 octane tune, applied with zero problems.
Doing tech support via the forum is a nightmare, considering the various windows versions and user experiences.. I do not envy you.

Personally I think he should only support up to date Windows versions. Any others should throw an error telling the user to update.

I worked at MSFT for 14 years. You cannot support any unpatched version of Windows out there. If it's not up to date, tell them to update it and call you if it still does not work.

 

32 bit OS so you want the 86. You wanna do the C++ updates from Microsoft

Processor range doesn’t matter if the OS is running on a 32

 

Downloaded FM. Got .dll errors. Downloaded c++ redistributable x64 and it worked now waiting for 04A61 performance tune. Also, did anyone have luck flashing with usb 3.0 or am i gonna have to find an adapter?

 

3.1 worked cant speak for usb 3.0

Nope.. just revised mpg tune.

 

Someone should try it at least and give feedback compared to current 1.05
