I think you've acquired a champagne taste for beer from drinking the good Commonwealth brewery stuff and now compare all others to that high quality taste!!

On a side note, I stopped by Aslin yesterday and picked up a few of their IPA's...will report back with tasting notes soon...

 

Aslin is setting up shop in Alexandria soon. All that's left of their Herndon location is the brew equipment. They only sell 4 packs of deliciousness from there now since the tasting area is no more.

 

Rolled over 54k on my way to work this morning and realized I've done nothing but oil changes and air filters. I've got some catching up to do.

And surprisingly I have not made my way to Aslin yet since being home (probably because of the aforementioned) but need to do so. Aslin used to be a weekly stop for me and then Commonwealth happened. Let me know what ya got tho

Nice haul. Love Double Orange Starfish and Laser Raptors. Neutrino is really good too. I wasn't overly fond of pew pew pew though but it was still pretty good .

Unfortunately I’m out as i got to much going on with kids sports and college papers. Should be good for a March meet though if I’m not at a few schools or tdy.

 

@ready6delta should have bought the last lot out here w me. Just did a 6 mile hike with a total of 3k in elevation gain/loss and didn't even have to leave the "neighborhood." That 700 acres at the end of the driveway has all kinds of trails carved into it.

 

I wish Man. Hopefully someday we will have a property with something like that.

 

I'm sure you will rather its here or WA. I've been lazy AF tho and that's my first hike since being home. Wanted to get one in before the weather turns to shit again.
