    Anyone see any downsides to just running my snow tires on one of these runs?
    Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT2 (with studs removed). Still have 11/32" tread depth and these have aramid sidewalls.

    Many and always modding Wheels Suspension lift Armor Electrical gadgets etc...
    I have been running my Blizzak DMV-1s (non-studded) for 3 seasons now and take them on the trails in the winter. They work fine. (it all depends on where you want to go) From what I have read the Nokian are a little better in terms of ice stopping distance and such but not sure how that translates to the trails. :)
