Shouldn't need to cut anything but the flares and fender/pinch weld unless you're fitting 35s or bigger, then cutting gets interesting

Hell even for 35's I didn't need to actually chop my cab mount, beat it back a bit but nothing crazy.

2" spacers though? damn dude, maybe get different wheels that fit right. That's gotta be hell on your wheel bearings.

What I've been able to surmise is that when you move to a 2nd Gen Tacoma, you have to actually chop the cab mount.

On 1st gens to ensure 33's clear, there is a pinch weld where the firewall meets the rest of the cab that you can smash flat. Done.

he's got a Prerunner so doesn't have to worry about CVs, but it will stiffen his ride quite a bit to crank them up past 2"

Aired down? To what, 25 psi? That isn't aired down for shit, you need to drop it to 10-12 psi to be aired down.

Not trying to be the glass half full just my 2 cents worth. I replaced mine twice because I liked them but after the 3rd set went out I went another direction.
But like you said, You do you though.

@zero4 went down to I think 10 PSI, and this happened. Tire was de-beaded after he jumped drove into a Witch’s Eye.
