HA! Not funny David! I was just curious if it's the McKeldin or Hollofield area.

So you trimmed away the back part of the plastic body and it is still rubbing there? No where else? When you had your alignment done after installing the lift did you have them increase the caster positive equal to or greater than 3 degrees?

Can't miss it. When you pull in off 40, go up the driveway, you'll see the guard booth. It's rigt next to the booth.

Sounds like you are talking about the Hollofield area? South of 40, correct?

Yea, it looks as though if you are coming from the East that you exit and loop under Rt 40 to get to the ranger station, and then from there you can go left or right to the different parking lots. There is an area to the north off 40 but on street view it doesn't show a ranger station.

It's been many years since I was there and we always camped at the McKeldin area. I remember a little tunnel you drove through after the ranger station and it had an odd concrete type of swale with water running through it. In heavy rains they would shut the tunnel down trapping you up in the camp sites. It was never an issue for us as we appreciated the added privacy. Then we could crank up the tunes and drink without fear of a ranger rolling up on us.

Well, I know back in the day we use to hike around and there is an old train tunnel we use to walk through.

    https://goo.gl/maps/E8y2Zaz2M7N2

It was creepy as hell. On the other end seemed to be an old town but we never ventured that far. The coolers of beer were always calling us back.

There use to be an old damn too on the river and the inside was accessible and we would go in there. You could see the water going over looking out the relief ports. It was just a cool place to hike to as well. When you're 16 you're in so much better shape and exploring was so much easier, and manual.

Anyone know of any places near odenton that I can order firewood from? I found one place, but I want to shop around and see what some other prices are.

Let's set it up! You can practice far away from the house for a while. :D

Edit - If you get killed can I keep the chain saw?

Edit II - Just kidding of course. I will need to get rid of all the evidence.

Haha yeah but it ain't dry yet. I need something that's dry now. My plan is to get 1/2 a cord of dried wood now and then get some of yours to start drying out for the fall/winter.

Well, when you're ready for a real workout let me know. I have some 80' pines I want down too besides the oaks and maples.

Well, come up, cut some down, let it season on my property, then come back, borrow my trailer and brake controller, and bring the trailer back another weekend. I only use the trailer occasionally, so you would not be putting me out. We can talk about it more if you want. The trees aren't going anywhere. You really don't want anything already on the ground. If they are on the ground something killed them and they fell. Insects or rot. You can always cut away the dead stuff but it's better to just select nice 12" - 24" diameter trees and cut them down. I have enough open area that you and Tony could bring a log splitter up, cut down trees, then cut them into manageable lengths, use my tractor to drag them outta the woods, split them, load them as many times as it takes to get a couple free cords.

For now, since winter is almost over, buy a cord or two, then come get some for free. I can tell you this from experience, having cut wood delivered will always be better than working for it. Wood is heavy as fuck and will wear you out quick. Not to mention the risk involved.
