Ha! Thanks man. I’m looking at CL. It’ll be temporary so I’m looking to spend less than $1000

Wonder what he did, I wasn't following closely enough to have caught it real time.

Looks like it was handled like an adult....:anonymous: I don't know the content, so I'm not going to begin to assign blame, but we are adults on an internet forum. It seems childish to ban someone because they think differently, even tyrannical.

The only thing Jon did, other than fail to kiss @jberry813 ’s ass, was accuse one guy of failing an IQ test, telling another guy he was an idiot IF he really believed the PB product would be destroyed. Then he replied to @jberry813 ’s “fuck you” and “fuck off” with a “fuck off”.

I don’t say that I agree with Jon’s position. I agree that he should be allowed to voice his opinion, however.

I even understand @jberry813 ’s reaction to some extent.

    Ridiculous that Jon is banned.

And since a mod was actually willing to post about it here.

They are suspiciously absent from the NJ thread after being tagged numerous times.

This is what I said over there.

    That too.

@jberry813 calling him “stairjizz” was nice.

It all boils down to people being butthurt. Someones ego was hurt and they used their powers unjustly.

I'm with you and thought the same thing. I didn't read the final banning because 20+ pages of people excited to buy someone else stuff was enough. My summary...Jon called them out for making a profit, because lets not kid around they bought it with that intention. He didn't think that they were heroes for doing what anyone else with the funds would have done. Pissing match between the two, and an anti-climatic ending.

It seems like they have helped a few people out, and that is righteous of them.

I don't know what constitutes a ban, but disagreeing with a mod shouldn't be the only reason. I get told to fuck off all the time, sometimes it is even warranted. I guess i have matured to the point that I realize your opinion of me doesn't matter and I move on. Shame this wasn't handled the same.

It was a business decision. No one can fault them for that.

They won an AUCTION. They would’ve been the only ones with any intent of helping anyone.

BUT, they outbid everyone else that were bidding solely as a business decision.

You can’t be the highest bidder in that scenario and then give anything away.

    It’s simple business logic.

Banning people for pointing this out, instead of raising BAMF Jerry and @jberry813 to sainthood, is ridiculous.

However unpopular that opinion may be.

Anyway, I don’t intend to drag the drama into this thread any further.
