    How do you remove the those fake plastic philips head screws? Don't want to break anything.

    Mine came up just like a screw. I'm really not trying to be an ass. When I took mine out to run some wires, that's how I got them out.

    No offense taken. After I read your post I pried them up a little harder and it worked. I was trying to push them in like the other style Toyota clips...didnt think about pulling on them. :D
