I'm guessing a case of measure once and cut too much once. Looks like the fender needed to be notched out for the bull bar, and instead of dropping the fender back down after the notch, they just continued that line to the wheel well.

Someone asked him that question on his IG feed, and he replied that the 1" gap was required by ARB "for flexing". Can't imagine how the front bumper would flex in such a way that would be independent of the front fenders though....

Also scanning his IG, looks like he is/was a smoker. So the likelihood that he smoked inside the vehicle is very high.....

I kept about a half inch on mine...no issues. And for someone who doesn’t smoke to get into a previous smokers car.....no thanks.

WTB canopy for first gen extra cab. Green or black and preferably top level with cab. Cheaper the better of course, but will be happy to pay for a nice one

I ended up passing on it because I still need to do my exhaust reroute first. I'll probably have a custom mid/rear skid made and just buy the cbi front skid.

Pre Craigslist post. Here my tires 315/70/17 bfg ko2’s. Sorry couldn’t get a tread depth gauge so I used a quarter. Plan to make craigslist ad for 650$, but 500$ to any TW member
