Finally after months of research (and saving my pennies), I finally came to the conclusion and 100% made up my mind about which lift setup to go with. The 6112/5160 setup checks every box when it comes to things im looking for in a kit.

However, it seems like EVERYONE is sold out on the 2016+ kits.

Does anyone know someone who actually has these in stock or an ETA?

I called everywhere I could... I wasn't able to find a set in stock. No one I spoke to had any idea when they would be in and I didn't want to wait and ended up going a different direction: 8112s/5160s

I wish I could do the same. Unfortunately with my budget I would be forced to move down to 5100s instead of moving up. :-(

    One 8112 costs more than 2 6112!

I was told that this was an option. I’m also under the impression that companies don’t just update parts for no reason. This is very tempting mainly because it is available to ship now. Does anyone have this setup currently and if so what are the settings, results etc?

I have second gen 6112s. There are fewer adjustment settings but other than that I’m not sure of the differences. Never bothered to look into it

I’m assuming you’re happy with it and no issues? What notch do you have it set at? Rear lift? Thanks again for your input!

I installed the 8112s and they are fantastic, but when I purchased them ($750) they were a little more than double the 6112s depending on where you got the 6112s. Now with MAP pricing they are almost four times the price! At $1070 a shock, they would be out of the question in my mind too.

As to the Gen2 6112s, the down side of using them on a Gen3 is that they are not recommended by Bilstein for your application. HOWEVER, plenty of others have used them and they have been successful. The issue is that very few shops, if any, are going to be able to give you assistance in your application. The upside is that you have this forum and in many ways the collective knowledge here is often far superior to what shops and even manufacturers actually know!

Wait in line like everyone else lol. If everyone is sold out then they won’t be restocked for a few months. Be Patient.

I actually received my setup yesterday from Wheelers offroad. Pre-assembled and everything.

Are both front and rear unavailable or just rear? My local shop has the 6112 and suggested 5100 in rear.
