I had the regular smoke colored one on a 2015 chebby Colorado. Didn't like it because it scratched easy. Sure these black matte colored ones would be great. I know what you mean though about sticking them on your paint. Buddy works at a body shop and can take them off where you can never tell one was stuck on the paint.

Is the ARB twin compressor group buy still open? I can’t find that thread.

I have it as well and mentioned it when I had my last service done. They didn’t really address it but replaced my drums and rotors due to vibration while breaking. I guess I’ll mention it again next time ? Lol

Noticed that my TRD center cap logos we’re starting to look a little faded. TVD vinyl inserts fixed that problem - and now the logos match my paint (silver sky metallic.) Great instructions on their web site = easy install...!

How much lift did you end up with in the front? Also did you leave your OL leaf in? It looks pretty level. Looks good!

I agree with you man. I would change the order if it's still an option. Did a size comparison on the website below and definitely a difference. The bigger tires would like much better on your lifted truck.

You can try it but they can rust on the thread and mess up your lugs. By the time you notice it it may be too late. I had a lug nut rust inside and when I had to change a flat I couldn't get it loose. The tire shop had to cut the lug off and I had to replace the whole thing later.

A buddy of mine has the same 255's on his FJ and they look awesome. I saw them in person a few weeks ago and they didn't look too skinny. I was surprised. There's a bunch of folk who have them on their Tacos, I just haven't seen one in person. They are definitely taller than my 285/70/17 tires.

Edit. My buddy corrected me. He has 255/80/17 skinnies.

Tied several boat anchors to my truck to destroy MPG.
Today I went out and caressed the fine Corinthian vinyl, and my Taco purred knowingly, revving and cooing. We became one, our bodies of human flesh and Taco steel pulsing in the night air.
    Thats what I did today.

Gave the beast a good handwash at home, clayed the majority of it, applied Mothers CMX Ceramic coating and Rainxed all of the windows!

The engine bay is a whole different story though :D

Rub her down with sensual oils by hand. Get her really clean. Take care of her, she'll take care of you. Unless your truck is a dude. That would be another, perfectly fine!, story.

Fox/OME/Icon lift. TRD Beadlocks. Toyo MT’s. Pelfreybilt, RCI, Mobtown armor.
I’ve got those in 285/75/16 and love them. I’ll say they are pretty brutal on pavement and they annihilate your MPG’s but off-road they are awesome. They exceeded my expectations in the mud.
