    I would if I had TS - my local dealer won't do anything related to the 04B03 to 04B04 TSB - it is normal so they say = lazy and don't give a shit unless it pays more than TSB rate. :(

    I could not get it to work either until I downloaded this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685 You have to make sure you identify your computers right bit under settings and then pick the right download when the choice comes from this link above. Throttle response is all there once done properly! I also rebooted my computer once all was downloaded(don't know if I had to but wouldn't hurt).
