Gotcha. I know the ski lodge right at the base of the mph rain has deals if you buy lift tickets and what not.

I saw that a lot of the hotels in town have "stay for free when you buy two-day full price lift tickets." Of course not the monte v. Oh well, its cool to be in the center of town and have a nice lounge downstairs. Whats $200 right...:spending::facepalm:

Emailed Deaver to see if they can de-arch their mini packs too, and got a quick reply that they can no problem...

So now I trying to decide if it’s worth turning my 3+ overload stock pack into a 6 leaf progressive w/ no lift... anyone go the AAL route and how much did your ride change?

I came down to AZ for the warm sunshine, and you give me highs in the 30s and snow? I wanna refund (or at least a redo)! :rofl:I'm holding @Coot83 responsible, for no particular reason.

August is the worst month here. Hot + humidity creeps up, it just sucks. Anything below 105 is tolerable. 105-110 sucks but functional, 110+ F this im melting

Yeah, great spot. There was only like 6 trucks total, and we were half of it. The drive from Page to Hurricane via Fredonia got a little spicy in a few spots though.

I'm a sweater. Like above 80 is pushing it for me to consider "comfortable". Utah and Arizona summers in the 110+s and I'm a puddle just going from my office to my truck.

Yeah, we went through Kanab when it was nice and sunny on the way down, and then slogged through the blizzard all the way back. Escobar's was closed both ways. :( I love their fish tacos!

Damn playa that looks cold AF! What part of AZ did you roll to? You should hit up the toaster before you roll back.

Except I don’t want any lift... and my rear shocks are not extended travel so that’s a rather liberal interpretation of the phrase “be done”:crapstorm:

Then put a longer shackle on the truck. Tacoma shackles are inverted. Toss the springs in, get a 2” extended shackle and then boom. No lift, better ride.

It’s okay if you shocks aren’t long enough. Your never going to break them on these trucks unless you are jumping your truck 20times a day. Or you can put limit straps to be safe.

Boom. Now you don’t spend $500 on some Frankenstein oem leaf springs.

Wait, why do you even want to mess with your leafs if you want to stay stock height? Just leave them alone.
