    i think "Mike & Martie" would be a great title for a sitcom. it would follow the hilarious misadventures of mike and martie as mike tries to get his truck race ready for the Baja. oh, what trouble will he get into this week? will he get drunk and try to climb into bed wearing nothing but a motorcycle helmet? will he break the truck again? do donuts in the snow? get drunk and try to hook up with ND and his mom? run over the cast of "jersey shore"? get drunk and make creepy internet posts? oh, what will he do next?
    i'm going to the networks later today to pitch it.

    of course. you are the wacky neighbor who constantly battles with HOA. however, in the show, your wife is a lawyer who keeps finding loopholes in the law and HOA charter that allow you to blow things up, light things on fire, and build loud, obnoxious monstrosities.
