Thank you very much. It’s my second time making the Bologna from a YouTube video I watched. Everyone seems to love it.

    On its way.

Batch this week to ship to TW members. I'll give a week or so to get a little feedback, then off to the spice blender to start that process, which is a whole other thing, but I'll keep plugging away at it :).

I have a nice thick ribeye waiting just for this. ;)

Depending on how much is given, I may do some PBBEs. I've never done those before.

I think you got the 2100" which equals to 175ft. Big difference.

    The one i got is 18 in x 1000ft

If Im wrong and you got a 2100 ft for $19, please share that Amazon link.

1,000 feet for $25 is a damn good deal.

I get 175 feet from Amazon for about $18 and that lasts quite a while. 1,000 feet would get me to 2020.

I was thinking that it had to weigh a hell of a lot. The rolls I get are already a little bulky.

Appreciate the offer. I might be heading down there in March, but keep me in mind if you make it up this way!

NO business ID needed. Just your money haha

I use it for everything. drawing paper for the kids (keeps them busy for hours), fire starter for the charcoal chimney (with a dash of veg oil), use it when im spray painting, etc. Shoot, I could probably use it too as an emergency toilet paper
But a friendly warning if you go there:spending:. You'll see lots of good cooking stuff, slicing knife (I bought one :annoyed:), pans, stainless bowls, etc

call ahead of time if you are going there for the butcher paper. It's a popular Austin item and sometimes they'll have a two week out of stock scenario.

Last time I went to the restaurant supply store back in MI I left with my wallet a lot lighter. Ended up with a lot of sausage making supplies lol.
