I've done bulk 5 lb bags for a local catering/brisket delivery company. Heat sealed, but not resealable and no fancy label. It does have a lot of rub in it, though. Only reason I don't keep it as a standard offer is because I have to order it + a restocking order to meet my mins, but I could work something out.

If you're wanting something not on the menu, so to speak, PM me and I can maybe work it out. That other customer is looking to buy 25 lbs, so I could end up really close to my minimum anyways. Your call.

Half salt and half pepper by volume, then add a little onion powder to taste - maybe 2 or 3 teaspoons for a cup of salt pepper rub. Brisket rub isn’t usually very complex.

Actually done both, the hi-temp cheese is a little waxier but is good. The normal stuff melts in a little more which worked well for the philly sausage.

Everyone is probably being facetious but just in case... peach is describing the paper color not the taste. Breathability is what its known for and why you use it.

Kits are on order. making a huge batch this go around. I'm willing to give some away for free. I'll make a list when the time comes. Can't sell it legally since the venison is wild harvested. Still looking into the axis option, but the venison is sooo good from back home. But I'll send some out to y'all to try for sure. Hoping in the next couple weeks.

Every time I look at purchasing venison on the net I end up bummed because it’s SOOO expensive. Haven’t been hunting in a long time and in FL I don’t call them deer I call them big dogs because they are so damn small.

I calculated out the venison cost once including, tags, license, ammo, travel home, yada yada and came up with something like $20 per pound if I just get one deer. I get a vacation out of it and memories so those help offset it too. And it's soooo good :bananadance:

How far do you travel to go hunting? I guess I am lucky and Hunt our training areas on post and since it is federal land my state tag does not count and I can harvest 3 does a day but 1 buck a year. And I usually drive about 10 minutes to my hunting spot.
