    Although it’s been designed and confirmed for OEM caps, Customers have reported STANT caps will work but have to be slightly modified. The threads of the cap go all the way up to the tip(so it won’t press into the gasshole) this can be easily remedied by taking a razor and removing the first 1/4” of plastic threads so the tip will fit in the gasshole.
    That just sounds wrong...

    I actually removed the leash completely on my gas cap. Just to easy to unscrew and insert without anything tethering me.
