I ( we ) have never had so much involvment /fun , with a new vehicle in my /our life times . I am 60 and my friend is 70 , (his truck) .
For 3 years now , it has been like getting a new truck every couple of months with the new releases of the OVTune . Normally the new vehicle thing wears off in a couple of months . Between the 2 of us we have had at least 30 to 40 new ones in the last 40 years , but Thankyou OVTune ! It has been like getting a new truck every couple of months for 3 years for free !!

04B04. OV Tune # 1857 dongle 1.04r 91 octane. Nitto Ridge Grapplers 265/60/18. SaBellCo Tailgate Lock. Meso Customs TRD coin holder, gasshole. Tacomods black anodized aluminum radio knobs. Lock'er Down Console Safe. Sig Sauer P238 Desert. Escort Passport 9500i Radar/Laser Detector.
The 93 octane base tune has a nice tip in and the short shifting is great without the bog. If the rev limiter was raised it would have nearly as much hp as the performance tune up top. Keeping the rpm down it would retain good mpg. A great all round tune I think. Now, back to my nap.

0B03 here running original 1.05, 2016. Are tunes available for this one? I've installed both versions on FM and can't seem to find my version in the drop down list. Thanks

In the event we want to flash back to 1.04r can we use the file we have or do we need one downloaded from the new flash manager?

1.05 91 performance is amazing! I took it on a couple of hills that this truck has struggled with (even with the first 1.05) and it glided up them.

The tip-in is perfect throughout the tune except when taking off from a stop. I can adjust to it but there's no way I'd let someone else drive my truck with a tip-in that sensitive. I'd have to warn them first or risk them lurching and wrecking my truck lol.

A softer tip-in with the exact same performance tune would be the sweet spot. Glad it's easier for Matt to release adjusted tunes moving forward.

... wow, the happy bubble popped quickly.

Bitching, moaning, and posting evidence of failing to read directions or previous posts has once again obliterated this thread.

I’m going to go drive my truck.

04b03 here and still on 1.03. After reading all the tip in complaining, man the anticipation starts all over. Never liked 1.04 + because the lack of performance...

300 miles on my truck with the latest tune. Truck is much more lively than ever before and fuel economy is up significantly

In the last couple days, how many times have you flashed your truck? I'm counting 3 by what you wrote. You should really give it a few hundred miles before worrying about that one small thing changing.

It won’t matter. By the time you order and get your stuff and register your computer Mat will have all ECU versions completed.
