    thats a v6 right?

edit: all TRD are v6 right?

my buddy got $20k for his truck that was beat to shit and had 60k miles on it... traded it in for a new one of the same truck and it only cost him $3k.

i think its because hes bought about 8 tacomas from them in a row... (hes a currier and put no less than 300k miles on any of them besides that one)

Hey all, I’m going to be selling my sport wheels with tires. No TPMS but plain valve stems so they are still fully mounted and balanced. Tires are the factory Toyo A30’s in 265/65/17 with only 5000 miles on them. TW price of $650 cash and carry. Craigslist price will be $800. I’ll add more photos for whoever is interested and they will be washed and dried prior to sale.

Head gaskets aren't a common issue with the 1grfe. Many high mileage ones with no issues. My FJ is closing on 220k with no issues besides being new valve cover gaskets. I wouldn't worry about it.

Hm... 165k here and still going strong. At some point I will have to do the valve cover gasket because it's leaking a tiny amount. I have no idea how I'd do the head gaskets since it looks like the exhaust manifolds are one with the block....

Guys. I’m looking to lift my truck 3” or so in the front 2.5-2.75” in the rear. I don’t wanna use blocks. I’m thinking Bilstein 5100’s with OME 887’s and wheeler offroad add-a-leaf in the rear. If anyone is selling or comes across a setup similar to or better than what I’m looking for in their craigslist hunting please message me.

Are you going to be adding a bumper / winch setup? 887's are kind of extreme if not.

I have OME 887's up front for 3 inches with zero armor, and am confused as to what you be extreme? Been on 3 years now and still rides likea a Cadillac.

What they said. 883, 884, 885, 887 and 888 are all 590 lb coils, just different lengths. The 887s on a second gen is good for 3” of lift on a DCSB, and varies from there based on cab config.

The 886 are 660 lb coils and are what’s wanted for extra weight in the front.
