Nice. And great idea on the winch tray. I'm assuming you can just call them to request the receiver hitch in lieu of the winch mount?

 

They should make a receiver hitch plate bracket so your plate can be centered.

 

I sent them a message on their site. They are super quick to respond and very easy to work with.

 

It would make the plate stick out too far for my tastes. I did need to ask to get the receiver recessed and to use the access holes to put the pin in. They had not done it like that before.

 

He is alive. Saw him recently. Just working on a few different vehicles.

Got it, that's the second time I've done that this week. Sometime's the brain reads what it wants.

 

That's a good move. It takes the onus off of the commander who is not a weather or traffic expert.

Went to check the roads in my neighborhood and paused for an obligatory picture. Roads aren’t terrible...yet. We got about 3-4 inches of snow out here in Warrenton, it has turned to sleet now.

 

Looking like maybe 2 in Alexandria. You can bet your ass I'm not going outside today until it's absolutely imperative.
