    Actually being serious here building a dam with a rubber liner is probably a good thing in Arizona. With so much sandstone the rubber would keep absorbtion, water loss, to a minimum.

    All our other dams are made out of Concrete. We dont build dams with sand stone....Though....Maybe we should.
