    Here was my post with the info:
    Say $20 shipped? I'll have to check how many I have. We also installed one on @White lightning boosted truck. I couldn't stand the extended cranking where it sometimes didn't start on the first attempt. It would always happen in front of Starbucks in the summer, where everyone is outside and without fail the truck wouldn't start on the first attempt causing everyone to stare.

    I added a check valve on the fuel line. It didn't help much or at all. My long cranks were solely due to the sync time for the UCON.

    Hmmm, I would say that my truck actually starts faster with the Ucon. It starts and then has a little lul and goes right back and the check engine light flashes twice. And I never even shift out of park until my AFR comes online and my bluetooth syncs to my stereo. Then I drive. Just to make sure oil is where it needs to be before driving.

    I had read about the delayed starting with the UCON before my installation, but haven't had any issues with slow starts yet. :fingerscrossed:

    Ive encountered a delayed start while running both the TRD tune and the UCon. Obviously, the UCon makes it about a second or two longer than with the TRD flash, but i am sure mine is fuel pressure related. I originally thought it was related to the UCon as well (i like to blame the UCon for my problems lol, because most of them have been caused by it), but then it happened with the TRD tune as well, so it's not tune related

    The extended starts with the UCon are long enough that i am worried about the longevity of my starter if nothing is done to address this

    I have a very nice tuned audio system and sometimes it’s hard to enjoy it without having to turn the volume up to overcome the exhaust. Also on longer trips, my family isn’t as accepting of the exhaust note as I am.

    I’m looking to find the right balance and willing to give up some performance if that is what it takes.

    I just got back from a Craigslist score. Brand new, $200.

    If it’s too loud, add in a high flow cat and resonator. My TRD system had a drone until I added Roost’s y-pipe and those additions that he hooked me up with.

    Headers will be installed in a few weeks.
