Sorry for the delay guys. So to hook up single color(NON SWITHBACKS) It’s super easy.
The end of the harness has 4 wires(we will only be using THREE)
    Black
    Red
    Yellow
    White

Black and white will plug directly into your stock parking light harness(black=ground, white=parking light)
This will turn the led on a dim mode for nighttime.

The last wire you will need to connect is YELLOW. Which needs to tap into turn signal of the truck.

Wiring it this way will get you BRIGHT turn signal at any time. Then at night when the parking lights are on(dim) it will switch to full bright when turn signal comes on. Hope this helps!

    Meso,
having some issues trying to decipher your instructions above on how to wire up the sidemarker, please see images below. This is the biggest mod i've done so the wiring is a little beyond me. Thanks for all the awesome products you've artistically made.

Is this what the FULL wiring set up needs to look like? The bulb and the extra wire bulb insert is extra.
    IMG_1889.jpg

You say the black and white plug directly into stock parking light harness, do I need to cut out those 2 wires and hook them into the extra plug and play adapter I got from you?
You also say to connect YELLOW into turn signal wire, is this only needed if you want extra bright? Or can I just hook up black and white?
    IMG_1890.jpg

The below image, the plug on the left is straight from the sidemarker, can I just cut the YELLOW and BLACK and reuse the plug and play, mainly the plug?
    IMG_1891.jpg

This is one of your other products, but in the pic it shows plug and play adapters which didn't come with my set of sidemarkers, is this something you can sell me or can I figure out how to do it with the extra ones I have?
    IMG_1894.jpg

Below is semi-finished, hopefully once I figure out the wiring of the sidemarker I can upload what the lights will look like complete.
    IMG_1892.jpg

I'm not sure the laws here in New Mexico, but to keep the reflective properties I spray painted the housing of the sidemarker with reflective spray paint, downside is it took around 5-6 coats for a decent coverage but should do the job.
    IMG_1893.jpg

This is the product I used, got it off Amazon for $10.

Finished and installed a set with bhlm, single stage (amber) side markers and RX350 projectors. Having some issues getting the side markers to function as a turn signal. If I hook up the yellow wire to the turn signal wire it will flash a couple of times and then turn off altogether. I just disconnected the yellow wire for now and they are functioning fine as amber running lights. I'll try to spend some time trying to figure it out this weekend. I love the way they look either way!

Both sides? And does your turn signal continue to work?

I'll try again tomorrow but it was very strange behavior. The indicator on the dash would blink like 2-3 times and then just stop - even though the turn signal stalk was in position. Happened on both sides - nothing would be blinking on the outside, not even the regular turn signal. I didn't have too much time to troubleshoot but like I said I'll give it another attempt tomorrow.

Just took a ride with the RX350 projectors, so much better. Definitely worth it.

You need a resistor. This will happen with any additional turn signals added to the stock load. But it’s really case by case. Are your headlight turn signals stock or led?

Thank you. Do you have one that you would recommend with this application? I appreciate it.

    The sidemarkers are awesome.

What kind of fog lights are you running? I love the amber color! Looks like they’d match raptor lights perfectly.

After doing my first retrofit while adding the 2 stage sidemarkers, I ran into some wiring issues.

The goal was to retain the stock functionality of the DRLs. However, this is not the way the LED controllers for the new sidemarkers work.
After testing the functionality by wiring directly to the truck battery, it turns out that the way it functions is the red wire gets a constant 12v and by sending 12v to the white wire, it dims.
Since I wanted the dimming to happen when the headlights came on it made logical sense to hook it to the low beam power wire.

    So currently, it is wired as follows;

BLACK (from Diode box) ---> White/blk stripe on OEM side marker connector
RED (from Diode box) ---> Other wire on OEM side marker connector
WHITE (from Diode box) ---> Power on head light low beam (tells the light to dim when headlight on)
YELLOW (from Diode box) ---> Turn signal power wire

This is for a 2018 with factory LEDs to get stock functionality.

I also had the same issue with the switchback DRLs I added. The controller behaved the same way and so I ended up with the same wiring to end up with stock lighting + switchbacks.

Some stage 1 amber pics, finally got around to finishing my headlights! I’ll get some with them lit up, they look awesome in person!

How are you all sealing the corner light bulb socket where the wire comes out?

I used butyl which works really well. I wrapped it around, packed it in, then hit it with a little heat from a heat gun and smoothed it out.
