Just found this... doing some research for 3rd gen will be interested to know more details for front and rear bumpers high clearance, has the hitch been mounted behind the plate or still sticking out under? specs/ weight / price on each? do we have more finished product looks/photos posted yet?

Im excited to see the swing out. So far so good. Hey @At The Helm is there a reason you do the bolt on light bar mounts instead of welding a mount into the bumper on the front bumpers?

Definitely. The reason I do bolt on light bar mounts is because no two brands ‘20 inch’ light bar has exactly the same width between the mounting points. My mounts are with adjustable to give you flexibility, no bending tabs or shimming them to fit like other bumpers.

you're not the only one, mine have already been set on fire and put out few times with all the research and readings I've been doing. Demello is next door to me but I'm not a huge fan ;/

These bumpers look sick, especially the rear. I'd rather go Demello aluminum for the lower weight personally, but for the rear - these look like they'll be hard to beat.

Demellos great but for some reason they don’t go low to protect the bar the bumper mounts to. Look at pictures. It goes skidplate, bar, bumper. Literally every other bumper company protects it except demello

I don't think Demello has a rear bumper though.

I have CBI's aluminum front and it's great. Didn't make any adjustments on my coilovers to account for the weight. The rear I'll get steel though.

We don't bring the bumper down because we want to leave room for all manufactures skid plates. Some come up higher than others. Most fit with ours but there are some that come really close to ours to fill that gap. We run budbuilts and you can see in this picture where it almost touches. I think at one point we hit the bud built skid and it rubbed. 2016tacomacover_zpsgd5qmaup_adf32a309aae088102fe0a202746c2fcfc2f7261.jpg

Wasn't bashing on Demello its just a different design, @JDEMELLO didn't even think about the skid thing but it makes sense. And let's not discuss All Pooh here.

Here is what the tire carrier will look like. I don’t have pricing or availability eta yet and I may be making a couple small tweaks to it.
Features included are a Rotopax mount that works with the 1, 1.75, 2, and 3 gallon containers, camera relocation mount, and 35” tire capacity.
I’ll have some better pictures soon with powder coated bumper.
