    Do you even go out at in your hood around, lets say 2300 on a fri or sat night in your hood. Shit was scary the last time I drove through there around that time of night. About a few blocks over from your house crack dealers on the corner a few more blocks and the mini mart was full of PD and flashing lights. My sons friend live on 21st and MLK. Dropping him off at night is always entertaining.

    That area was bad when I worked in sac. That was almost twenty years ago. I used to run a backhoe for an underground utility company there. Shit was not right and I could only imagine how it is with all the people now.
